1990's Emanuel Ungaro Parallele Blazer

This vintage abstract floral print jacket was designed by Emanuel Ungaro for the Spring/Summer 1992 collection. Emanuel Ungaro designed for both Cristobal Balenciaga and Andre Courreges before starting his own label. He was one of the designers chosen to participate in The Battle of Versailles Fashion Show in 1973. Ungaro was well known for his dramatic prints and for his precision for draping, ruching and shirring. We especially love his prints and find them to be as bold and bright as they were when they were made.

This vintage abstract floral print women's blazer has some really nice details including top stitched pleats that cinch the waist, a big carved button for closure, front pockets, and shoulder pads for structure. The linen floral fabric is in wonderful shades of red, blue and green. This would make a great addition to any wardrobe. Fits a size Medium.
